1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://andyqi.eu (“Site”) operated by Nordtradex OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), and the purchase of products via this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms and you agree to comply with them.

We operate the Andy Qi brand and sell natural pre-moistened body and facial wipes and cosmetic pre-moistened face pads.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability
We endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices in the Site are accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is error-free. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing and availability at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email upon receipt of your order. The contract between you and us is concluded when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The contract is concluded in English and/or Estonian as appropriate.

5. Payment
Payments are handled via our payment service provider – Maksekeskus AS. Nordtradex OÜ does not collect or store your payment or bank account information. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of the product.

6. Delivery and Risk
We will deliver products to the delivery address you specify at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 calendar days from order acceptance. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your carrier or to you, as applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. an individual not acting for commercial purposes) you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e-mail to info@andyqi.eu). The withdrawal period is extended by one year if we failed to provide you with the required pre-contractual information. Items to be returned must be in the unused state, with original packaging intact and sent by you at your cost unless we inform you otherwise. You may lose the right to withdraw if the goods are unsealed and not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Upon valid withdrawal we will reimburse you all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered). Refund is made without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment. Use of any premium-rate telephone line is prohibited.

9. Warranty and Liability
Products come with the legal warranty of conformity under Estonian and EU law. If a product is defective you must inform us within a reasonable time. Our liability is limited to direct loss up to the amount of your purchase price insofar as permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Nordtradex OÜ or third parties. You may view and print copies for your personal use only; any other use requires our prior written permission.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting new versions on the Site. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time your order was placed.
